Guilt Edges

Guilt Edges | Gilt EdgesIf you are honest with yourself there are so many things to feel guilty about.

In fact, guilt is a healthy thing.

It means you are being honest with yourself.

Carrying deeply protected private feelings of guilt over something you did is natural.

Hiding from them will invisibly eat at your soul. False confidence will cover it up as long as possible. There are very few people who have not earned guilt. Behind all the smiley faces is usually something being hidden.

Of course there is big guilt… and there is small guilt… Small is like when you don’t say hello when you could have. You know you could have… and you get to experience your tiny moment of guilt. But one thing leads to another…

No matter how much guilt you are carrying, look for every possible good thing you can do every moment of every day. That will make you stronger for sure and put your guilt in a better place until you are ready to admit it out loud to someone.

Forgiveness is something you can give yourself… That’s a little heavy. Think about it for a while.

There is an old Book about forgiveness…

It has gilt edges…
